Vita Biosa is an organic fermented drink with 8 active cultures of bifido- and lactic acid bacteria, organic acids and extracts from 19 herbs.
With Vita Biosa you can have your daily dose of natural lactic acid bacteria. With 3 different sizes and 3 different variants we've made it even easier to find the right product that suits your needs
Vita Biosa Probiotic is not a food supplement but a food. It does not add any additional chemical substances to the body, but is purely natural.

When should I drink Vita Biosa?

Vita Biosa can be consumed at any time - preferably several times a day! Some people prefer to drink it on an empty stomach, while others prefer to drink it with meals.

Initially 2-3 soupspoons with meals (pure, in water or juice). In the build-up phase of one week, increase the daily intake to 30-50 ml (equivalent to 6-10 teaspoons).

If you are not used to the sour taste of Vita Biosa Probiotik, we recommend mixing it with water or juice as a Biosa Spritzer.

Please do not mix it with hot drinks, as these could kill the lactic acid bacteria.

Our favorite way to use Vita Biosa is as a probiotic smoothie

Ingredients per person:

- 2 red apples

- 1 cup fresh berries

- 200ml of water

- 1 date

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 10g ginger

- 1 pinch cardamom

- 20ml Vita Biosa

Process

All the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Εnjoy it immediately
