Being in touch with nature gives you the purest calm, rejuvenates you and fills your body with light and fresh air. Go out in the morning for 20 minutes in the sun, without glasses and sunscreen and "charge" your body with universal energy!

- Take a break

Take 30 minutes to rest your mind during your day. You can meditate, enjoy a midday siesta or simply turn off your phone, TV or computer to get away from the noise of everyday life.

- Feed your spirit

...by learning something new! Read a book, put on your favorite music, visit a museum, see a play or attend a seminar.

- "Feed" your soul

Show respect for the environment and those around you, act with kindness and help someone in need. If it makes you feel good, pray and get in touch with God.

- Armour your body with holistic therapies

...such as homeopathy, acupuncture, reflexology, aromatherapy, quantum and bioresonance.
