The prices is in Swiss francs (CHF) listed for the products at the time the order is placed apply to orders.
All prices mentioned include the Swiss statutory value added tax and do not include shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs will be displayed to the customer in the ordering process.
Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge from an invoice value of CHF 100. If the invoice value is less than CHF 100, delivery will be made at a flat-rate shipping cost of CHF 7.90.
Other taxes and costs are not incurred (with the exception of any customs duties and import taxes for deliveries abroad) and subject to other contractual agreements.

When paying via PayPal, the customer pays the fees incurred and shown in the online shop when the order is placed.
Exchange
An exchange of products is generally excluded.
Liability
The liability for any indirect damage and consequential damage is fully excluded.
The liability for direct damages is limited to the selling price of the product. This limitation of liability does not apply to direct damage caused by gross negligence or intention.
The customer is obliged to report any damage to the company immediately.
